Sunol-Midtown is one of the up and coming areas of San Jose. What used to be a downtown adjacent community that was sorely avoided by City of San Jose public funds, now as you drive down San Carlos St you’ll see massive apartment projects and housing complexes being built. Primarily due to it’s downtown San Jose proximity, Sunol-Midtown provides quick and easy access to freeways, The Alameda’s various dining options, & the Downtown nightlife.
